The time has come to highlight the history of this interesting suburb. The majority of Ringwood’s orchards were in this area. The society will be holding a weekend of activities on 6/7th November 2010. A committee has been formed to look at:-
A historical bus tour of the area (this was so popular with the East Ringwood weekend)
A Recollections Book (we need more relatives of pioneers or orchardists here)
School Activities
Tree Plantings
Already Heathmont had its turn in 2005 and 2006 (48 Courts), then East Ringwood in 2008.
